Technical profiles of client bands

MySpace and Facebook are great social networking sites where bands can appeal to their fans. Some bands also have their own websites but these tend to be composed for the benefit of fans.

Get Your Band On has created what we call Technical Profiles for some of our client bands. On these pages, we have assembled information about a band that we feel will be of interest to people in the music industry, rather than to fans.

The content of a technical profile page is based on our understanding of what venues, promoters, the media and record labels might need to know about a band. Hence, the content of a technical profile is written by GYBO staff rather than by the band members.

The first batch of technical profiles are being written for our contract bands. Thereafter, profile pages can be composed for bands registered with GYBO.

GYBO is happy to publish a technical profile for a band, for the fee of £25. We do however reserve the right to refuse an application if we think a band fails to meet our criteria or is not yet ready to meet our criteria.
