Get Your Band On is always looking for new live music venues across the UK to add to our list.

We currently work with numerous live music venues, but are always keen to find new venues that want to book the best bands.

We have all kinds of rock bands, throughout England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. We have the details of over 2,000 bands.

You tell us what type of band you want, where and when and we can book them for you.

Promoters

If you are a promoter looking for new bands anywhere in the UK - contact us now - we will immediately start to provide you with bands, either in your local area or touring bands - you tell us what you want and we will be able deliver.

We can supply bands to either promoters working venues or to bookings agencies.

GYBO does not charge venues or promoters to provide bands.

Private Parties

GYBO is the best place to come if you want to hire a band for your birthday party, wedding reception, anniversary or office party.

We can cover all types of events, negotiate performance fees and make all the necessary arrangements for you.

We can also arrange hire of PA Systems - Microphones, speakers, sound engineers, lighting - if you need advice on putting on a band, call us and we will explain the pros and cons to you.

GYBO works with venues all over the UK

If you are a venue manager or a promoter, you will find our service of value. We vet each band before we offer them up for bookings.

If you book a band from us, you can be sure that they will

• be competent musicians
• have a track record of pubic performances
• have a mature and responsible attitude to fulfilling their booking
• be covered by a performance contract

If we hear back from a venue or gig promoter that a band has failed to turn up, got drunk or engaged in unprofessional conduct before or during a booking, we will not book them again.

We are thus able to offer good bands and managers and promoters will want to use our services again - that benefits us, and it benefits the bands.

Sourcing a band through GYBO helps venues and promoters - we have put a lot of work into filtering our clients and getting to know them.

Many venues book bands to play only through promoters. We contact every venue to find out whether they hire direct or whether they only hire through promoters.

If they use promoters, then we contact them to find out if they will consider taking a band from our register.

In many cases, we will be asked to provide a promo pack - a music CD and some information about the band. We send out these promo packs to both venues and promoters and then follow this up with an email or phone call to see if they wish to book.
